How we use your data

Sri Event Management only collects what's needed to run the platform. Here's exactly why we ask for each permission:

Google Contacts (read-only)

Requested only when you click Connect Google on the Contacts page. We read your Google Contacts a single time to copy names, emails, and phone numbers into your Sri Event Management address book. We never modify your Google contacts and we don't store your Google access token after the import completes.

📧

Email addresses

Used to send invitations, RSVP confirmations, and contractor-assignment notifications on your behalf via Resend. We never email your contacts for any reason other than what you explicitly trigger from your dashboard.

Phone numbers

Stored in your contacts list as part of your address book. Phone numbers are never used for outbound messaging in the current version of Sri Event Management.

🖼️

Photos

Cover photos and invitation backgrounds you upload are stored on Vercel Blob and served on the public RSVP page only.

📊

Activity tracking

We track invitation view counts and conversation read-receipts so you can see who's engaged with your event. No third-party analytics, no advertising trackers, no cross-site cookies.
